it was working just fine... And then it sputtered... Froze the picture... Unfroze... Flickered... And died...

this could be representative of a lot of things in my life right now...

well... Not a lot... Just the big things...

there are things that should take more than the twenty seconds climbing back into a car at the local fred meyer... Like announcing the apocalypse... "i had a talk with sam, and itapos;s settled... Everythingapos;s going up in flames... Probably thursday."

but i guess if you draw things like that out longer it just looks like a vain attempt to forestall the inevitable...

work handed out these stupid "cold prevention" kits consisting of a small packet of kleenex, a pre-moistened towelette, a serving of powdered chicken soup, a single cough drop, and instructions to wash your hands...

i find it somewhat suspicious that within 24 hours of cracking open that soup, iapos;m achy and oozing snot...

not that this denotes any measurable deviation from the norm... But iapos;m a really horrible person when iapos;m sick.
